GSF Blog hop 17: It’s Sale-a-bration time!

It’s my favorite sale of the year at Stampin Up because… who doesn’t love free stuff. Every year Stampin up has a sale for three months where if you spend $60 you can choose a free item from the sale-a-bration pamphlet, and this year they have kicked it up a notch so now you can get two levels of items so if you spend $120 you can get a big free item.

Anyway on to the hop part of my post. My reason for posting. You have probably joined me from another amazingly talented crafter and I thank you for joining me today.

If you have had a chance to peruse the sale-a-bration flyer I’m sure you have laid eyes on the cutest pandas you have ever seen.

These pandas!!!

My niece just celebrated her second birthday on Jan 1, yes she is a New Years baby, so I decided these pandas were perfect for her. I did use some retired items, that bermuda bay glitter paper is from sale-a-brations 2016 and I got a ton of it and actually haven’t used it much. The sprinkles are also from last years annual catalog, they went with the cool treats suite.

I finished the inside with a panda and the sentiments are from the carousel’s and cupcakes stamp set, so, unfortunately, a lot of the product I used on this card is retired, but I am a firm believer in using what I have on hand and I don’t have a ton of new stuff yet.

Happy New Year everyone I hope you enjoyed my card. Hop on to the next blog, which is Kristie Neal Walthall,  I can’t wait to see what she has created.
